White Stilton

Like our Blue Stilton, White Stilton is a Protected Designation of Origin and can only be made in one of three counties - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire from locally sourced milk. White Stilton is best eaten when young, at around three to four weeks of age. 

Our white Stilton tastes wonderful with fruit and we have created our Speciality White Stilton range to celebrate this pairing. We blend our crumbly White Stilton with a selection of the finest fruits to give a delicate, sweet flavour.
